QCubed Progress - New Core Contributor & Updated Documentation

The QCubed project has been making some quick progress this first full week of 2009. We've added a new Core Contributor, Jon Kirkpatrick, and have launched a new section of the website that provides the entire API documentation for the QCubed library, with the ability to comment.

QCubed is a PHP5 Event-Driven Framework.
